Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Paid plans include an SLA with specific uptime guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibiyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
